How much is the upfront fee?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fare is required 24hours prior to scheduled pickup.
How long is the grace period, door-to-door?
There is a 15-minute grace period for door-to-door reservations.
How long is the grace period for a domestic flight pick-up?
There is a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights upon arrival.
How long is the grace period for an international flight pick-up?
There is a 45-minute grace period for international flights upon arrival
What is the grace period if my flight experiences a delay?
There is a grace period of up to 1 hour if your flight is delayed.
